About The Position

Pride Motor Group is seeking a Sales Manager to help lead and elevate our Kia store. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build and lead opportunity. We are looking for someone who: Leads from the front, not the desk Brings structure, accountability, and energy to the floor Understands that modern retail requires speed, process, and engagement Is comfortable driving change and raising standards

Requirements

  • Proven leadership in a dealership environment (Sales Manager or high-performing F&I/Desk Manager ready to step up)
  • Strong understanding of process-driven sales
  • Experience creating accountability and structure in a team
  • Ability to coach, develop, and—when necessary—make tough decisions
  • Comfort operating in an environment that is evolving and improving

Responsibilities

  • Driving daily sales performance and accountability
  • Implementing and enforcing a consistent, modern sales process
  • Coaching and developing a team with varying experience levels
  • Improving key metrics: Appointment show rates Closing ratios Gross profit
  • Ensuring consistent CRM usage and follow-up discipline
  • Leading by example in customer engagement (including video communication)
