Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience leading an outside sales team.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
  • Roofing or construction industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills—you know how to bring out the best in people.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle your own sales book and team leadership.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to be hands-on in the field.
  • Confidence with technology (database and word processing software) and able to type 45+ WPM.
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Estimators to hit and exceed company sales goals.
  • Provide ongoing training, ride-along support, and 1:1 coaching to strengthen team performance.
  • Run engaging Tuesday morning sales meetings with role-playing, training, and guest speakers.
  • Stay organized with your own book of business while helping your team build theirs.
  • Recruit and interview new talent for your sales team, keeping our pipeline strong.
  • Be the go-to resource for your Estimators in the field—ready to support via phone, text, or email.
  • Partner with leadership to communicate updates, report metrics, and share team performance.
