Looking to fill a Sales Manager – Business Aircraft and Turboprop position. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Eagan, MN. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also includes achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery. Day to Day: 50% Account Management, 25% Technical Support (with inhouse resources), 25% Business Development.

  • Established customer network in Saab, Fairchild, ATR, DeHavilland, Gulfstream, and Textron aircraft (highly desired)
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools; Component Control Quantum experience highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Specialization in older Gulfstream G100 and G250 aircraft and jet/turboprop sales is a plus
