Requirements

  • Successful proven outside sales experience; in-home sales (preferred)
  • Sales manager experience
  • Have a lot of GRIT and do what it takes to make things happen
  • Strong creative or design experience
  • Very resourceful personality
  • Consider yourself a “people person”
  • High integrity, ethics, and a positive mindset
  • Display a commitment to self-development/self-improvement
  • Coach-able and open to new ideas
  • Enjoys working with a team that has a strong culture and then adding to it

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree a Plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team mixed with veteran and green sales staff – help motivate and inspire the team to hit their goals
  • Drive team to bring in revenue
  • Track the results and successes of the sales team
  • Responsible for reporting and tracking of the metrics of the department – this will be light administrative work as the goal is to be out in front of the team acting as the motivator
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the sales team
  • Interview, hire and mentor new employees
  • Conduct ride along/shadowing appointments with sales representatives
  • Run appointments in addition to the managerial responsibilities
