Requirements

• Experienced with at least 3-5 years in a automotive sales manager role required.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to coach and develop others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Work closely with desk mangers, F&I, and leadership to maximize performance.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
• Maintain strong standards for professionalism, compliance, and customer experience.

Responsibilities
