About The Position

Cool Willy’s Air Conditioning & Plumbing is growing, and we are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to lead and develop our residential plumbing sales team in the Tucson market. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who is passionate about driving revenue, building strong sales processes, and coaching teams to consistently exceed goals. If you love training salespeople, building winning sales systems, and scaling revenue, we want to talk with you. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing, coaching, and leading our residential sales team. Your focus will be on growing revenue, improving closing rates, and implementing strong sales processes that deliver exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with company leadership to help scale our sales department and build a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales leadership or sales management experience
  • Proven track record of growing revenue and developing sales teams
  • Strong background in sales training and coaching
  • Experience implementing structured sales processes
  • Home services industry experience preferred (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop high-performing salespeople
  • Must pass background check
  • Must pass motor vehicle record check (MVR)
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

  • Home services industry experience preferred (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a residential plumbing sales team
  • Drive revenue growth through strong leadership and performance management
  • Train team members on sales process, value building, and closing techniques
  • Conduct in-field ride-along and in-class sales training
  • Implement and refine sales systems and processes
  • Monitor KPIs including close rate, average ticket, and revenue performance
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members as the company grows
  • Maintain a strong customer-focused culture and high service standards
  • Partner with operations leadership to ensure smooth job execution and customer satisfaction
