About The Position

Saber Foundation Repair is a trusted leader in foundation and concrete repair throughout Southern California. We are growing and we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can lead with purpose, drive results, and champion our core values of Intention, Integrity, and Continuous Improvement. Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of sales and/or sales management experience, or equivalent proven success
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service principles
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers and standard business software
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Physically able to perform light lifting as required
  • A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Nice To Haves

  • Construction industry experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and hold the sales team accountable (LMA)
  • Communicate and cascade the company vision with clarity and purpose
  • Remove obstacles and create an environment where your team can succeed
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new sales team members
  • Conduct weekly team meetings, one-on-ones, and ongoing sales training
  • Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable
  • Manage performance, conduct reviews, and partner with HR on performance-related decisions
  • Create development opportunities that support long-term career growth
  • Meet and exceed company sales goals and key performance indicators
  • Coach and develop individual sales representatives to maximize performance
  • Use performance data to identify training needs and drive results
