About The Position

The ideal candidate will have prior sales management experience and demonstrated success in a high-volume showroom. Requirements

• 2+ years of dealership sales management experience required
• Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a strong culture of team inclusivity
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Tech savvy with solid experience in handling internet and phone inquiries

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience managing used car sales
• Prior experience in the finance office

Responsibilities

• Be a leader & provide focus for your Sales team
• Work directly with our Team Members and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards
• Build rapport with customers to establish a strong customer network
• Provide support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
• Manage productivity of the sales department
• Maintain good working relationship with the manufacturer and lending institutions
• Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth
