Were looking for a high-level Sales Manager a builder, strategist, and operator to architect and lead the sales engine that powers our entire organization. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will design, optimize, and scale the full sales infrastructure of a high-volume, high-growth firm. You will lead multiple teams, develop sales systems, and execute strategies that directly impact revenue, client retention, and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or similar
  • 7+ years of progressive sales leadership (legal/professional services a plus)
  • Proven experience scaling sales orgs & improving KPIs
  • Track record increasing close rates by 1520%+
  • Experience handling 1,5003,000+ monthly inbound leads
  • Proficient in Litify, Salesforce, UI Bakery, and Power BI
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Fully bilingual (English & Spanish)

  • Build Our Sales Architecture
  • Design strategies to increase conversions & consultations
  • Create scalable systems, workflows, KPIs, dashboards
  • Develop our sales playbook & reporting cadence
  • Lead & Develop Our Sales Teams
  • Manage supervisors across multiple sales units
  • Identify performance gaps & drive continuous improvement
  • Build a culture of excellence & accountability
  • Data, Analytics & Reporting
  • Oversee CRM data integrity (Litify & Salesforce)
  • Manage UI Bakery dashboard operations
  • Use Power BI for forecasting & executive-level reporting
  • Turn insights into revenue-boosting decisions
  • Training & Coaching
  • Work with Sales Coaches to enhance performance
  • Build certification programs & development paths
  • Ensure consistency and excellence across all teams
  • Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing, Legal, IT, Finance
  • Support automation using ManyChat, WhatsApp, Hootsuite
  • Align sales operations with the full client journey
  • Continuous Innovation
  • Introduce new tools & methodologies
  • Optimize processes for efficiency & scale
  • Support rapid organizational expansion
