About The Position

Epic Canning & Bottling Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager – Beverage Manufacturing to lead client acquisition and revenue growth within the alcohol and non-alcohol beverage space. This on-site role requires deep knowledge of the beverage industry, including co-packing, production processes, regulatory considerations, and supply chain dynamics. The ideal candidate understands beverage formulation, packaging formats, production planning, and the commercialization lifecycle. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, building strategic partnerships, and guiding brands from initial inquiry through production launch.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the beverage industry (manufacturing, co-packing, distribution, ingredient supply, packaging supply, or brand management)
  • Strong understanding of alcohol and/or non-alcohol beverage production
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and closing mid-to-large scale contracts
  • Knowledge of beverage supply chains, regulatory environment (TTB, FDA), and packaging formats
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Shreveport, Louisiana

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in co-packing or contract manufacturing
  • Existing network within beverage brands, distributors, or ingredient suppliers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools
  • Understanding of SQF, GMP, and food safety standards

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new beverage brand opportunities (beer, spirits, wine, RTDs, energy drinks, functional beverages, etc.)
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with Epic’s production capabilities and growth goals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Represent Epic at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term service agreements
  • Educate prospective clients on beverage manufacturing, canning, bottling, and co-packaging processes
  • Advise brands on scalability, packaging selection, production minimums, and cost structures
  • Understand SQF, TTB, FDA, and state-level compliance considerations as they relate to beverage production
  • Work closely with operations, procurement, quality, and client services to ensure feasibility and alignment
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to beverage brands from onboarding through long-term partnership
  • Maintain strong post-launch relationships to drive repeat business and expansion opportunities
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
  • Coordinate with production planning to align forecasted volume with plant capacity
  • Partner with procurement to ensure material readiness for new accounts
  • Support finance in margin analysis and pricing strategy
