This leads to inefficiencies in treasury management, reconciliation, and compliance—driving up costs and limiting the strategic impact of finance teams. Our client simplifies this complexity through a single, unified platform. Why This Role Our client is looking for a high-potential Account Executive who is ready to take the next step. The ideal candidate may currently be an SDR but is already carrying targets and eager for greater responsibility. This role suits a natural hunter—someone confident in outreach, skilled at handling objections, and able to identify opportunities others might overlook. A curiosity for fintech is essential, and experience selling financial products such as FX or payments is highly desirable. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role (SDR or Junior Account Executive) with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong interest in or experience with fintech or financial products (FX, payments, virtual cards, etc.)
  • Experience selling to or engaging with finance professionals (e.g., CFO, Head of Finance, Treasury)
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to independently manage and own a sales pipeline
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Comfort working in a remote-first, startup environment
  • A strong drive for personal and professional growth

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Proactively sourcing and closing new business through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-ups
  • Delivering impactful product demos and tailoring conversations to financial decision-makers
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales team and cross-functional teams across the business
  • Accurately recording sales activity in the CRM to support forecasting and reporting
  • Developing long-term client relationships by understanding customer challenges and supporting their growth
  • Continuously learning and adapting within a culture built on curiosity, teamwork, and resilience
