Rolling Suds is a leading commercial and residential power/soft wash company dedicated to delivering exceptional cleaning services. In business over 34 years. We specialize in commercial properties but also serve residential clients. Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has made us a trusted name in the industry. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This role is focused on expanding our commercial client base while also contributing to our residential business. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for cold calling, cold stopping into businesses, building and fostering relationships, and attending community events as the face of Rolling Suds.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in door-to-door or B2B sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Proven ability to manage time effectively and stay disciplined in day-to-day routines.
Willingness to travel for business purposes, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

Engage in cold calling and door-to-door sales to generate new business leads.
Visit potential clients in person to introduce our services and discuss their needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
Attend community events to represent Rolling Suds and promote our services.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage your time effectively to balance cold calling, client visits, and follow-up activities.
Travel as needed, including some overnights and long days.
