As the Sales Manager, you will have total ownership of the sales experience within your Saks Fifth Avenue store, playing a critical role in achieving company objectives. You will facilitate cross-functional partnerships and leverage team skills to build a customer-centric sales experience, while upholding the Saks Fifth Avenue brand. This role requires driving sales by developing the clienteling skills and selling behaviors of a high-performing team of direct reports. You will maintain high visibility on the selling floor to coach and develop the selling force, focusing on building sustainable client relationships through exceptional service and regular outreach. You will oversee onboarding, training, ongoing education, and performance management for the selling team, fostering teamwork and collaboration to meet store goals.
