This position reports directly to the Head of Sales and will be a part of the Sales team. What role you will play in our team: To drive revenue growth across our pipeline (cleaning, inspection, integrity services) services portfolio through both Outside Sales (new customer acquisition) and Account Management (assigned portfolio of existing accounts).Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of related & relevant Sales experience in oil & gas, energy and/or pipeline industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technical degree or related experience
  • Ability to travel +50% is required
  • Skilled in negotiation, uses effective listening & questioning
  • Compliance with current sales process & systems
  • Demonstrated ability to convert opportunities
  • Understand how products & services are bundled to produce tailored CVP for customers
  • Proficient in MS Office products

Responsibilities

  • Develop a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and maintain ongoing opportunity forecast
  • Propose and pitch competitive solutions appropriate to the customer’s challenges
  • Achieve assigned annual order intake and revenue targets
  • Write annual sales plans for managed accounts and provide regular progress updates to the business
  • Follow defined company processes and procedures throughout sales cycle leveraging required business software
  • Keep informed of relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, competitive offerings, and technology developments
  • Keep informed of relevant internal developments (technology, Products & Services, policies & procedures) by attending relevant training and on-going self-study
