Qualifications: High-volume, dealership, Sales Manager experience with a proven track record of success (2 or more years of experience required). Excellent Leadership skills, and the ability to develop and motivate a top performing sales team. Ability to facilitate a deal throughout the entire lifecycle of the sales process.
