Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, coach, and lead a team of automotive sales professionals
  • Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and drive results that meet and exceed targets
  • Lead and support customer prospecting and follow-up efforts
  • Assist with overcoming objections, closing deals, and ensuring adherence to company sales processes
  • Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and desk support to maximize team success
