About The Position

Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization. Auto Park Chrysler Jeep has an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Manager to join their team and the Holman Family. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building, training, motivating, and maintaining a quality sales organization. This role involves assisting in hiring sales consultants, conducting in-depth initial training sessions covering dealership selling systems, product knowledge, and professional conduct, and scheduling regular training sessions to review and reinforce sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills. The Sales Manager will also negotiate trade-in deals, stay informed about used vehicle inventory and pricing, monitor daily sales operations, research market trends, cultivate strong customer relationships, and collaborate with the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience. Establishing and enforcing policies that prioritize customer satisfaction and setting appraisal guidelines are also key aspects of the role. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and analyze sales data
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
  • 3-5+ years’ experience, including 2+ at a leadership level
  • Prior experience in automotive sales with a proven track record of success in selling vehicles and meeting sales targets
  • Experience in a sales management role; proficient in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance
  • Breadth and depth of technical or functional expertise in own area of responsibility or department; may be acquiring knowledge of other related areas of departments
  • Developing and implementing processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
