Berglund Outdoors is seeking a driven, hands-on Sales Manager to lead our sales operation focused on all-terrain vehicles, side-by-sides, and outdoor recreation products. This role is ideal for a sales leader with experience in ATVs, campers, RVs, or similar lifestyle-based retail environments who understands how to balance team leadership, customer experience, and performance results. If you enjoy selling products people are genuinely excited about—and leading a team to do the same—this is a standout opportunity. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve volume, margin, and customer satisfaction goals. Manage the full sales process from customer engagement to deal close. Set daily and monthly sales objectives and track performance consistently. Work closely with inventory, marketing, and operations to ensure the right mix of products on the floor. Maintain strong product knowledge across ATVs and Utility Vehicles, and related outdoor vehicles. Ensure a professional, energetic showroom experience that reflects the Berglund brand. Train the team on effective selling techniques, follow-up, and relationship-building.
