Requirements

  • Experienced in RV, automotive, or similar high-ticket sales environments
  • Confident, approachable, and respected by both customers and staff
  • Positive, solution-oriented, and allergic to toxic culture

Responsibilities

  • Be actively engaged with the sales team—coaching, mentoring, and selling alongside them
  • Set the tone for a positive, high-performance culture built on trust, respect, and teamwork
  • Drive daily sales activity, goal-setting, and accountability (without being a micromanager)
  • Train and develop salespeople to sharpen skills, boost confidence, and increase results
  • Lead by example with professionalism, enthusiasm, and hustle
  • Partner with the general manager to hit monthly and annual sales goals
