Sales manager may be required to: Establish measurable performance goals using gross and net profits, unit sales, etc. for monthly, quarterly and annual targets. Inspire and motivate team to attain sales goals. Evaluate each team member’s performance and productivity. Use merchandising and displays to promote sales of new and used vehicles. Develop sales campaigns and monitor factory-sponsored programs. Review budgets, market and sales projections. Attend manager meetings. Coordinate activities between sales and other departments

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive inventory management, preferably in a dealership setting.
  • Strong knowledge of pre-owned car market trends, valuation methods, and procurement strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and dealership management systems (DMS).
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
