Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong management skills with demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
• Familiarity with CI, MARSHA and other Marriott Systems
• Knowledge of the market
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• 1-2 years’ experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, utilizing negotiation skills to maximize value for both clients and the company
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze data trends, and optimize outreach strategies
