Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team with daily coaching, accountability, and motivation.
• Drive sales performance, appointment setting, and close rates.
• Ensure world-class customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Work closely with the GM and ownership on strategy and execution.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales talent.
• Maintain a disciplined, professional showroom environment.
• Ensure accurate desking, deal structure, and workflow with F&I
