Brookdale is seeking a Sales Manager for a role where work makes a meaningful difference. As a Sales Manager, you will guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in, both inside and outside the community. You will also collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from various sectors including medical, financial, legal, and religious organizations. Additionally, you will partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals. Brookdale supports its Sales associates with a 3-week onboarding and orientation program, one-on-one coaching, ongoing monthly continuing education, customized tools, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement.
