About The Position

Brookdale is seeking a Sales Manager for a role where work makes a meaningful difference. Successful sales managers have opportunities to earn membership and bonus opportunities in high-performance clubs like President’s Club, Chairman’s Club, and Chairman’s Club Elite. As a Sales Manager, you will guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in, both inside and outside the community. You will also collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from various sectors including medical, financial, legal, and religious organizations. Additionally, you will partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals. Brookdale supports its Sales associates with a 3-week onboarding and orientation program, one-on-one coaching, ongoing monthly continuing education, customized tools, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement. This position is ideal for strong sales leaders looking to advance their careers or experienced Sales Managers seeking a mission and purpose-driven organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation

Responsibilities
