The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to consistently achieve revenue, closing, and customer experience goals. This role owns day-to-day sales performance, pipeline health, and accountability while developing the team through coaching, training, and clear expectations. Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Manager works closely with marketing, operations, and production to align promotions, lead generation, and execution in the field. A key responsibility of this role is ensuring documented sales processes are followed consistently and that what is sold aligns with production capabilities—setting installation teams up for success and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The Sales Manager uses performance data and sales tools to review results, reinforce standards, and drive continuous improvement across the team.
