Requirements

  • Proven experience in motorcycle, powersports or automotive sales or related retail sales management required.
  • Qualified candidates will have a prior track record of top-notch customer satisfaction scoring
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency in CRM and technology sales tools
  • Know how to multi-task.
  • We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly, and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the US.
  • Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Motivate Sales Team: Hire, coach, mentor, and motivate sales personnel to achieve sales goals and exceed targets
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Execute our proven sales process focusing on customer satisfaction
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive buying experience from start to finish.
  • Sales Operations: Manage sales department operations, including daily activities, lead follow-up, and paperwork.
  • Performance Management: Track and analyze sales data, provide feedback to sales personnel, and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Compliance and Procedures: Ensure adherence to dealership policies and procedures, including sales processes and financial guidelines.
