Capitol Aluminum & Glass Corporation is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our consultative sales efforts in the aluminum windows and doors market. This role focuses on strengthening sales performance, enforcing structure within the sales process, and driving measurable growth in the commercial and institutional market. We are looking to add a company-minded leader to our team who values accountability, clear reporting, and continuous improvement — someone who can elevate both people and process. The Sales Manager will oversee all sales representatives, manage pipeline activity, and work closely with other departments to ensure projects move efficiently from opportunity through completion. This role requires a hands-on leader that’s willing to learn our products and processes in detail and comfortable working in a fast-moving, family-owned business environment. This is a leadership role with travel required throughout the State of Ohio/surrounding states as needed to support the sales team, customers, project meetings, and job site coordination. This position works closely with architects, general contractors, glazing contractors, facility managers, and institutional owners to position Capitol’s aluminum window, door, and storefront solutions as the preferred choice for performance, durability, and long‑term value.
