Career Growth Opportunities Fun & Friendly Work Environment The Big Tasks: Train, improve, and develop processes for a group of top-of-class plumbers. Direct sales lead flow to assure successful business growth. Manage gross margins and budget guidelines for your portion of the plumbing service department. Exhibit a safety-first approach during all work activities. Provide accurate and timely business reports and necessary debriefing. Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire department. Work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve sales goals. Coach, motivate, and train the plumbing team to exceed team and individual goals. Communicate and align with other departments and functions. Mentor and develop the plumbers and dispatchers to ensure appropriate sales metrics. Communicate clearly, show recognition, and build rapport with employees. Ensure sufficient staff levels to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes. Helping trainees become licensed- mentoring. Manage schedule along with the dispatch department to help meet the demand of company goals.
