About The Position

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of leadership in service or retail sectors.

  • Genuine and honest approach to customer service.
  • Availability to work flexible hours.
  • Technologically savvy with good time management skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with fitness club management software (e.g., Club OS, Club Ready).
  • Previous sales experience in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certified.
  • Certified personal trainer from a nationally accredited organization (e.g., NASM, ACSM, ACE).
  • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or a health-related field.

Responsibilities

  • Drive membership and training sales by qualifying, informing, inspiring, and converting leads to members and training clients.
  • Establish relationships with businesses and influencers in the community to promote the brand through B2B marketing and social media.
  • Lead and motivate a team to foster a positive environment that encourages member engagement.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including facility cleanliness, running reports, and managing member needs.
  • Create a culture that inspires members to share their positive experiences with others.
  • Stay current on certifications, continuing education, and industry trends.
