The Sales Manager provides leadership to a Sales Team to manage the customer value stream from prospecting to close of business through excellent customer service, while meeting or exceeding revenue targets. The Sales Manager manages the following functional areas: Outside Sales team, responsible for prospecting through the project award; a best-in-class Estimating department, to meticulously complete take-offs, pricing and quotes; partnering with other key Oldcastle Infrastructure (OI) functional areas such as production, engineering and transportation in a timely manner; engaging with other CRH company, building relationships and collaboration. The Sales Manager is charged with assembling and leading a team to identify and capitalize on opportunities while providing an excellent customer experience.
