About The Position
The Sales Manager at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens is the primary lead accountable for creating and driving sales strategies and performance to ensure the business meets or exceeds standards. This position involves leading and managing the sales team's performance, recruiting and training staff, and developing sales initiatives that motivate team members. The Sales Manager will also generate sales leads through community participation, monitor sales results, and communicate these results to management. Additionally, the role includes meeting with client families, ensuring quality service, and protecting confidentiality of sensitive information.
