About The Position

The Automation Sales Manager will support company marketing efforts, identifying and executing programs, developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies and actions that will help our organization to be as productive, efficient and effective as possible, thereby increasing overall company sales, profits and market share. Sets local and regional sales quotas, manages sales support staff and representatives, and advises company about sales performance. This position requires a decisive leader with a passion for hands-on work and a strong drive for sales growth. Must have a desire to work in a team-based environment and contribute immediately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 10-15 years' experience leading sales efforts
  • 10 years' work experience in contracting, engineering, construction management or related experience required

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Automation Sales Team
  • Provide resources, training and guidance to support individual and sales team development
  • Develop Opportunities for the Automation Branches
  • Sales Planning-Assign Territories, set sales goals and establish training programs for Sales representatives
