As we expand our footprint, we seek driven and experienced professionals to join our team. Job Description: We are looking for experienced and dynamic Sales Managers to oversee and support our team of Sales Representatives. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing regional sales strategies, guiding and motivating the sales team, effectively closing deals, and ensuring sales targets are met. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals, monitoring sales performance, achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs, building and maintaining relationships with key retail partners, facilitating communication between the sales team and management, supervising and supporting Sales Representatives in their daily activities, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and market trends.
