About The Position

As a Hotel Sales Manager at Hyatt Regency Birmingham - The Wynfrey Hotel, you will build excellent relationships with business travelers, travel managers, third parties, and community organizations to generate business for the hotel. Your daily tasks will include prospecting for new business, responding to incoming RFPs and inquiries, executing contracts, and communicating client expectations to the hotel team. This position can set you up for a progressive career in the sales discipline, including learning about new market segments, tackling larger hotels, serving as Director of Sales, and even working as a national salesperson or third-party planner.

Requirements

  • A college degree or two years of hotel experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar or related position.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests.
