About The Position
Thermcraft, a global manufacturer of thermal processing equipment based in Winston-Salem, NC, is hiring an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our technical and industrial sales solutions. We are looking for a motivated professional with a strong background in B2B manufacturing sales, customer relationship management, and strategic business development. As the Sales Manager, you will lead a team of both inside and outside sales representatives, steer lead generation, cultivate relationships, and successfully conclude sales transactions. You will be directly responsible for increasing sales of custom and off-the-shelf thermal processing solutions, leading lead generation strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding our customer base. This position is a key member of the Thermcraft leadership team and requires strong communication, strategic planning, and a proven track record in industrial or technical sales.
