This dynamic role requires a technically proficient sales professional with engineered pumps knowledgewith proven sales experience, self-motivated and who can effectively position ANDRITZ PUMPScompetitive advantages through value-based selling approach to maximize customer order intake and profitability.

Requirements

  • Well-connected with North American engineering companies, EPCs end users and municipalities
  • Strong knowledge of Water business
  • Strong understanding of technical specifications of pumps and related equipment
  • Experience using CRM tools, SAP, proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Proven ability to work cross-culturally with global teams in Europe and manufacturing plants
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Excellent communication and team-playing skills
  • Solution and results orientation
  • English fluency (must-have)
  • MinimumBachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
  • Minimum8–10 years' experience in engineered pumps sales, covering both standard and special engineered water & industrial projects
  • Willingness to travel extensively across USA, Canada, Mexico

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with hydraulic selection tools is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Drive pump sales and maximize Order Intake (OI) for standard and special engineered pumps water & industrial projects across North America
  • Build strong relationships with corporate key accounts, engineering firms, EPCs, and end users
  • Lead proposal development, including technical and commercial components, and manage submissions and customer discussions
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams
  • Use CRM and SAP for tracking opportunities, orders, and customer updates
  • Deliver technical presentations and training sessions
  • Work with global teams to align technical and business solutions
  • Ensure synergies with the local ANDRITZ organization
