We are currently seeking a sharp and ambitious team member to run our inside sales department and take our multi-million dollar regional sales business to the next level. You will oversee and work with our team of Account Executives on our award-winning magazine and digital brands that reach a combined 140,000+ businesses in the U.S. each month. These brands are market leaders, and we intend to keep it that way by continuing to grow our sales with your help.

Requirements

  • Has a background in sales/telesales
  • Must be local (Twin Cities area)

  • Has a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred (not required)
  • Has 3+ years of experience in a related field preferred (not required)
  • Has supervisory/management experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of the aspirations and competitive advantages of FenderBender and Ratchet+Wrench’s superior products and advertising programs
  • Effectively supervise the regional sales division of the company to produce a well run, organized team to achieve the revenue goals of the department
  • Develop new clients
  • Identify, develop and close sales opportunities
  • Develop new advertising programs to drive sales
