Shape the next generation of financial trust - join Feedzai and leverage AI to fight fraud and financial crime! We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to lead one of our focused sales teams. This is a key leadership role responsible for building and managing Feedzai's revenue and leading a team of sales professionals to successfully deliver their respective sales goals in their dedicated region. In this role, you will report to the General Manager of North America and work across the entire Feedzai organization to develop and implement specific strategic plans to achieve or exceed your Go-to-Market targets throughout your assigned territory.

  • Recruit, coach, mentor, manage and lead a world-class team of sales professionals within your team's territory to achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets
  • Build and execute a consistent and effective sales strategy in collaboration with marketing, partner team, solution consulting and customer success
  • Interface and interact with internal stakeholders to reinforce consistency in sales vision aligned with Feedzai go-to-market
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Development teams to build pipeline
  • Serve as a mentor to your team in coaching them how to best gain access to key accounts, captivate decision-makers and overcome selling obstacles
  • Assist sales professionals in discovering new sales opportunities within each geographic region
  • Responsible for initiating, managing, and building strong personal relationships with key client executives, line of business decision-makers, and influencers
  • Leverage data and relevant market insights to make data-informed decisions in supporting your sales strategy
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including forecasting, win/lose analysis and reporting, and sales performance of your team/region
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business or a related fields
  • People leadership; 5+ years managing successful Sales teams, ideally at a fraud prevention provider
  • Experience in working at an early stage or start up organization requiring a high level of self initiative in an entrepreneurial environment
  • While direct experience in Fraud and AML is ideal, experience in cybersecurity, payments, big data, or predictive analytics markets is a significant advantage and will be strongly considered
  • Knowledge and experience in managing a highly complex technology sales process is essential - specifically in fintech and saas
  • Advanced knowledge of the financial services industry and product-specific businesses
  • Advanced knowledge of financial and operational analysis and business case development
  • Advanced negotiation skills and ability to handle complex sales
  • Developed financial services network within your region
  • Agile leader who is able to navigate in an entrepreneurial environment, and scale up fintech organisations
  • Experience in managing a regional team in a matrix environment working in a highly collaborative way with virtual teams including product, solution consulting, SMEs and customer success
  • Insatiably curious and continuously learning attitude - who leads by example
  • Exemplary sales leadership skills and competencies
