Requirements

  • 5+ years experience managing others or have worked in a similar position with proven success.
  • SIE, Series 7, 66, 9/10 licenses required.
  • Strong desire to build relationships enhancing an established culture.
  • Deep understanding of financial products, services, and industry trends.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to measure success, refine strategies, and optimize processes.
  • Experience addressing problems proactively and finding innovative solutions to meet client and business needs.
  • Ability to think strategically and articulate thoughts in a clear and professional manner.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Natural problem-solver who collaborates seamlessly with individuals and teams.
  • Demonstrates a proactive mindset and a strong drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper execution of the client experience for UBS Wealth Advice Center emerging affluent and core affluent clients.
  • Inspire and guide a team of Financial Advisor Team Managers toward achieving goals through performance reviews and ongoing feedback.
  • Drive and execute various business initiatives that are in line with the WAC's growth plan.
  • Develop and implement strategies to help achieve the WAC's broader revenue targets.
  • Aggregate external client needs regarding products, tools, and services and act as an interface and filter to product specialists to increase sales effectiveness.
  • Support initiatives regarding client acquisition and retention.
  • Pursue new opportunities to enhance the WAC's delivered experience.
  • Work with Senior Leadership and Team Managers to drive a high-performance growth culture.
  • Assist with the overall supervision, management, and running of the day-to-day functions of the office.
  • Oversee call center operations to ensure optimal and efficient performance.
