Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, architectural products, or commercial interiors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.
  • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, client-focused solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 30–40%).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue in the stainless steel category.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and lead contract negotiations.
  • Partner with design, engineering, and project management teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Track market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.
  • Represent EIS at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote our capabilities and brand.
