The Impact You Will Make The Sales Manager Specialist (SMS) is responsible for supporting the Area Vice Presidents, General Manager’s and Sales Counselors when there is a Sales Manager (SM) vacancy. This role will act as the SM where there is an SM vacancy and will execute that role until a new SM is hired. The Specialist will be responsible for regular SM duties, with a high emphasis on staffing and training for the time period that they are assigned to that market. Working directly with General Managers in their assigned market, the Specialist will train and assist the Sales Counselors with the sales process, CRM utilization, on and off-site events.
