We're seeking a driven and collaborative Sales Manager to lead our SMB Hybrid Sales team. In this role, you'll manage a team of sales representatives who are responsible for both new business sales and expansion within existing accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging leader ready to take the next step in their sales management career.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a sales team (preferably a hybrid sales team), ideally in a SaaS or technology environment; with proven success in sales roles prior to management.
  • Proven ability to balance new business development with account management responsibilities.
  • Passion for developing talent and helping others succeed.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to commute to our Lexington, MA office.

Responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of SMB sales reps focused on both acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.
  • Set clear goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing ongoing customer relationships.
  • Manage team pipeline, provide accurate sales forecasts, and report on team performance to senior leadership.
  • Work closely with various teams to align go-to-market strategies and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to drive efficiency and results.
