As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of your team and the broader sales organization. You’ll lead by example — inspiring, developing, and empowering your Account Executives to exceed their goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll bring a strong strategic mindset and hands-on leadership style to: Coach and develop your team through regular feedback, skill-building, and data-driven insights. Own the day-to-day execution of sales strategy to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to streamline processes and optimize performance. Use your deep understanding of SaaS sales to improve team efficiency and deal execution. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
