This is where you and your skills come in. RingCentral is seeking a Small Business Channel Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Channel Sales Specialist Account Executives focused on the Small Business segment. This leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth through our partner ecosystem while accelerating adoption of RingCentral’s newest innovations, including New Product Introduction (NPI) offerings and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong track record in both direct and channel sales environments, who thrives in building high-impact partner relationships and developing sales teams. In this role, you will guide the team in executing go-to-market strategies, expanding partner engagement, and positioning RingCentral’s latest technologies to deliver meaningful outcomes for small businesses. This position will also work closely with Channel Managers and strategic partners to drive pipeline and revenue through joint initiatives, as well as represent RingCentral at industry and partner events (approximately 2–3 per quarter) to strengthen relationships and increase market presence.
