About The Position

This role is focused on driving adoption and managing client relationships for an institutional-grade crypto infrastructure platform, primarily serving payments and FinTech clients. You will be responsible for building strong partnerships, optimizing client trading, custody, and settlement operations, and driving platform engagement and growth. The position requires working closely with clients’ trading, operations, and compliance teams, as well as internal product and institutional sales teams. You will provide technical guidance, facilitate onboarding, and coordinate institutional services while delivering insights on market trends. This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals with deep knowledge of crypto trading infrastructure, strong relationship management skills, and a passion for driving client success in a fast-evolving market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in sales, account management, or client services, ideally in fintech or institutional trading.
  • Proven relationship management and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of crypto markets, trading infrastructure, and institutional client workflows.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and deliver measurable client outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with crypto prime services, trading platforms, FIX protocol, APIs, custody, settlement workflows, or multi-asset trading.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary relationship manager for institutional clients using the platform, focusing on payments and FinTech sectors.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide strategic guidance to optimize client trading, custody, and settlement operations.
  • Drive platform adoption and engagement by presenting new features, managing integrations, and supporting multi-exchange routing.
  • Facilitate onboarding, prime brokerage services, and institutional-grade custody solutions.
  • Provide technical account support, including API and FIX protocol guidance, troubleshooting, and training on dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Monitor market trends, gather client feedback, and contribute to strategy and institutional research initiatives.
  • Support business development efforts through prospect meetings, product demos, case studies, and industry event representation.
