About the role: We’re seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead an oCFO sales team responsible for our treasury and payments solutions for corporate and government clients. You’ll manage a high-performing team of account managers, hunters, and farmers, driving growth through strategic leadership, market insight, and cross-functional collaboration. About the team: FIS' oCFO team targets our corporate and government clients for our full oCFO solution set. FIS is recognized as a global leader in the Treasury and Payments space, with a broad portfolio of solutions that help corporations and governments around the world optimize their liquidity and manage risk across the financial landscape.   • Lead and mentor a sales team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
  • Drive new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Build long-term client relationships and represent FIS at industry events.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure success.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Deep knowledge of treasury products and financial/payment solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record in sales management; industry involvement preferred.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Experience selling complex Treasury solutions
  • ERP experience, specifically selling Financial Applications
