About The Position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale Wayne, a 95 apartment assisted living & memory care community, you will be a guide for families and older adults, helping them navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in. You will work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local businesses and organizations. Additionally, you will partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals. Brookdale supports its Sales associates through a comprehensive onboarding program, ongoing education, and a network of almost 675 communities in 41 states.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience, preferably in Senior Living.
• Strong working knowledge of technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-week onboarding and orientation program.
• Utilize customized tools to market the community effectively.
