Lead. Motivate. Drive Results. We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to inspire and guide our Sales Delivery Representatives across Australia and New Zealand. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of SDR performance, sales budgets, and expense management - ensuring everything aligns with our Automotive strategy and culture. Your mission? Develop and execute sales delivery business plans that boost revenue, grow share of wallet, and generate supplier leads. Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Sales and Leadership role (minimum 2 years at management level)
  • Strong track record of managing direct reports (essential)
  • High initiative, flexibility, and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading phone-based sales teams (preferred)
  • Expertise in sales coaching to elevate team performance
