We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for the Sage Intacct Accountants Program (SIAP). You'll manage a high-performing team focused on driving renewals, cloud migrations, upsell/cross-sell, and new business through our partner ecosystem. You have a strong track record in B2B software sales leadership and ideally understand how to navigate and sell into accounting firms. You excel at both sell-to and sell-through motions, know how to coach teams for performance, and thrive in a transparent, metrics-driven environment.

  • Lead and coach a sales team to achieve revenue, retention, and growth targets.
  • Drive performance through partners - enabling them to deliver Sage's cloud and accounting solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, outreach plans, and joint business plans.
  • Collaborate across marketing, product, and partner teams to accelerate Sage Intacct adoption.
  • Optimize renewals and cloud migrations through data-driven sales execution.
  • Remove barriers, streamline processes, and create alignment across departments.
  • Represent Sage at key partner and customer events.
  • 12+ years of B2B software sales experience, including 5+ in a leadership role.
  • Proven success leading inside sales or channel teams in SaaS or ERP.
  • Experience working with accounting firms or selling accounting/ERP solutions.
  • Strong sales coaching, forecasting, and strategy execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Flexibility to travel 30%.
