About The Position
MarketStar is looking for a Sales Manager to support our newest SaaS team based in Ogden, Utah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the sales team and ensuring their success. You will lead and support the sales team in executing a proactive outbound sales strategy, providing coaching, resources, and guidance to drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets. You will also be accountable for monitoring team performance, addressing issues or conflicts, and fostering a collaborative and cohesive working environment.
