Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated and modern software to rehab therapy businesses, the teams within, and the patients they serve. As the fastest growing company in the therapy EMR space and the new standard in healthcare technology, we’re looking to bring on an additional Sales Manager to help us scale our revenue growth engine. This is a front-line leadership role leading a team of full-cycle Account Executives focused on outbound new business acquisition. You'll drive alignment between rep performance and company-wide growth objectives while fostering a high-accountability culture rooted in clear expectations, fast feedback, and continuous improvement. You won’t be managing from the sidelines. You’ll be in the trenches with your reps every day: reviewing activity, listening to calls, troubleshooting live deals, and removing roadblocks in real time. You’re the type of leader who knows what’s happening in your team’s pipeline without having to ask twice. We’re doing something special here and this role will be critical in taking Prompt to the next level.
